Requirements to start Supervision
- Copy of Transcript
- Copy of NCE Score and Jurisprudence exam
- Copy of Temporary License if applicable
- Copy of Liability Insurance
- Signed Supervisory Agreement Form
- Licensing paperwork sent to the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council
Texas State Requirements
Masters Degree in counseling from an accredited university and completion of all classes and practicum as required by the LPC Board. For information go to Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council
Successful completion of the National Counselor Exam.
Supervision contract signed by both parties.
Application for LPC Licensure, Practicum Documentation, and Supervisory Agreement Form sent to the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.
