Private Psychotherapy for Dallas’s High Performers
Dallas is one of the most concentrated high-performance environments in the country. Financial services. Corporate headquarters. Private equity. Law firms. Real estate at scale. The people who run these environments are operating at a level where the margin for error is narrow and the expectation is that you manage whatever comes up — quietly, competently, without the team knowing.
That is not always possible. And when it stops being possible, the options most people know about don’t fit their situation.
Kyden Counseling was built for people in this position. Private, cash-pay psychotherapy via secure telehealth. No insurance trail. No diagnosis on a permanent record. No waiting room. Direct access to the clinician.
Who Calls From Dallas
Financial professionals managing high-stakes portfolios and the pressure that comes with them. Corporate executives at headquarters companies where the board is always watching. Private equity partners who have been running at full capacity for years with no off-ramp. Attorneys in Dallas’s major firms who can’t afford to be seen seeking help through conventional channels. Founders who exited or are in the process of exiting and need clinical clarity about what comes next.
High-net-worth spouses and family members who are watching someone they love deteriorate and don’t know how to intervene without damaging the relationship further.
What Brings Dallas Clients to This Practice
- Burnout that crossed a line — the performance is still there but the cost has become unsustainable
- Depression behind a surface that looks intact to everyone around you
- Anxiety that is affecting sleep, decision-making, and relationships in ways that cannot be disclosed
- A marriage that has been running below the surface for long enough that it is now in real trouble
- Substance use that has been functional — and is starting not to be
- An identity built entirely around the work — and the work is changing
- A family system watching a high performer come apart before anyone knows what to do
Telehealth — How It Works in Dallas
Sessions are 60 minutes via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth. A private space, a reliable connection, a device with a camera. You can connect from Uptown, from a Preston Hollow home office, from a hotel during a business trip, from the car if that’s the only private space in your day.
No commute down the tollway. No risk of running into someone you know in a waiting room. The session happens; you return to your calendar.
The Clinician
Mack Kyles, LPC, MSW. Combat veteran. 20 years of clinical experience across crisis intervention, trauma, addiction, family systems, and marriage and family therapy. Private practice designed exclusively for high performers — people whose situation doesn’t fit a general outpatient model.
He has worked with people who appear to be managing. He has worked with people in acute crisis. He understands that these are sometimes the same person at different points in the same trajectory — and he knows which direction things are headed.
