Clinical support structured
for your life.
For the high performer
navigating what no one
else can know.
You carry a significant amount.
Responsibility for outcomes, for people, for a version of yourself that has to show up regardless of what’s happening underneath. At some point, the weight of that shows up — in performance, in relationships, in the quiet breakdown that no one sees.
Individual sessions are 60 minutes via secure telehealth. We work on what’s actually in the way — the thinking patterns, the relational dynamics, the pressure that has nowhere to go — with the goal of unlocking what you’re capable of when it’s no longer in the room.
- —Performance decline with no external cause
- —Anxiety that doesn’t respond to logic
- —Depression that doesn’t fit the life
- —Grief, loss, and life transition
- —The weight of carrying something alone for too long
- —Identity under pressure — who you are when the role is stripped away

For the relationship under
pressure that still has
something worth protecting.
High-performing couples build extraordinary things together.
They also carry the strain of doing it — misaligned priorities, communication that breaks under pressure, the slow erosion of connection that comes from operating at full capacity for too long.
Couples sessions begin with a 90-minute intake followed by standard 60-minute sessions via telehealth. The work is direct. We identify what’s actually driving the conflict — not just its surface presentation — and build toward a relationship that can hold what you’re both carrying.
This is not reconciliation therapy. This is not conflict management. This is restoration — getting back to what made this worth building in the first place.
- —Communication that has broken down under the weight of building a life
- —Recurring conflict with no resolution
- —Distance that has grown too comfortable
- —Major life transitions straining the relationship
- —Infidelity, breach of trust, and the question of what comes next
- —The relationship that looks fine from the outside and isn’t

For the family system
breaking under pressure
it hasn’t named yet.
Families don’t fall apart overnight.
They erode — through patterns no one addresses, roles no one questions, and pressure that gets absorbed by whoever is most capable of absorbing it.
Family sessions work on the system, not just the symptom. One person presenting as the problem is rarely the whole story. The work is understanding what the family has been organized around, what’s been unspoken, and what it would look like to function differently.
- —A family member in crisis — and the family not knowing how to respond
- —Parent-child conflict that has escalated beyond what the family can manage
- —Blended family dynamics and the complexity of building something new
- —A family watching someone deteriorate and needing support in how to show up
- —Communication patterns that repeat across generations
- —Grief, loss, or trauma affecting the whole family unit

Why Cash-Pay
No insurance.
By design.
Insurance requires a formal diagnosis that becomes a permanent part of your medical record. It gives third parties access to your records. It restricts what can be addressed, how long sessions can run, and what is considered clinically appropriate.
Cash-pay removes all of that. Your sessions, your situation, and your records remain entirely between us.
If you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. A superbill — an itemized receipt with the diagnostic and service codes your insurer requires — is available upon request. You submit it directly to your insurance company.
Reimbursement rates and eligibility vary by plan. Kyden Counseling does not guarantee reimbursement outcomes.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before beginning services. This will be provided before your first session. If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute it.
